This was a fun game jam game for the Global Game Jam 2024, you play as a horse of a samurai that has risen up against his samurai oppressors in a funny hack and slash.
My role was the only animator on the team so I had to do everything I could to cut corners in order to get the horse rigged and animated and in engine in the 2 day period. I did this by working off of a proxy for most of the project and implementing the final model last minute. I also cut the corner by making the enemies posed and giving them physics so they jiggle and bounce when they die to add to the humour element and give myself less work.
